HOOK 'EM HORNS
Texas can't beat Oklahoma but the horns managed to win one of the better Rose Bowls in recent memory. Vince Young was phenomenal. That sound of silence? It's all the whining by Cal fans. As much as I hate the BCS, the system got it right on this one.
APROPOS OF NOTHING
It was nice to see Miami and Florida play a lack-luster game in a non-New Year's Day bowl. After too many years of Floridian dominance of college football, it is time to give some other folks a chance. Too bad Miami won though.

After a nice if all too short vacation in Utah. Don't know how much blogging I'll do in the next few weeks as I have way too much on my plate as it is. Still, I probably can't resist posting a time or two.
