WHO IS THIS ANGRY LOOKING MAN?

He's Na Sôk-ju, a Korean patriot. According to the explanatory plaque, Na “throwing grenades and firing a pistol staged a single-handed attack on the office of the Oriental Development Company.” When was this statue erected? 1999. Not sure what this might say about the development of friendly relations between Korea and Japan.
