WHAT DID YOU KNOW AND WHEN DID YOU KNOW IT? The scuttlebutt around town is that Clinton administration officials saw the signs of North Korea's nascent Uranium enrichment program and warned the incoming Bush team during the transition. Ari Fleischer has firmly denied this in public but the rumors persist. If the rumors are true, I think it makes both the Clinton and Bush Administrations look bad for failing to act sooner.
