THE HORROR! THE HORROR! The Korea Herald reports that the web site of Blue House (South Korea's equivalent to the White House) is "error ridden." The nature of the errors? Almost entirely in the area of romanization. Now I would appreciate seeing some consistency in this area but given that the ROK government recently changed the entire system and given that Korean students do not appear to ever be taught romanization in school, these "errors" are wholly understandable. An example:
The name of President Roh Moo-hyun is also spelled "Roh Moo-Hyun" on his biographical sketch on the Website.Scandalous!
