ROK MINISTRY OF UNIFICATION: "We need France and Germany to help us solve the North Korean Nuclear Crisis." OK, Minister Yoon didn't exactly say that, but just what did he mean when he made the following observation?
the nation's diplomacy should put more emphasis on countries other than the four major powers around the Korean peninsula--the United States, China, Japan and Russia, adding that it is time for South Korea to pursue what he called "global diplomacy" as the world's 12th-largest economy.Which countries did he have in mind? Iceland? Laos?
