DONG-A ILBO A DINOSAUR?

I suppose that is what the KCNA might be implying:
Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The South Headquarters of the National Alliance of Youth and Students for the Country's Reunification (Pomchonghakryon) issued a statement on Oct. 20 in which it termed Dong-A Ilbo a pro-Japanese and pro-U.S. reptile paper and demanded the disorganization of this conservative group.
On the other hand, cutting-edge science seems to point to the conclusion that dinosaurs were ancestors to today's birds, not reptiles. Hmmmm ....

Comments:
If the people at KCNA knew something about the current affairs in ROK, they'd be of course calling Donga Ilbo and its ilk hookworm paper. (Seen the picture of the creature at Marmot?)

But can't help since "reptile" seems to be favorite kind of species in the North, and I also understand that statements like "the treacherous mammal daily Chosun Ilbo spreading misinformation about DPRK" or wouldn't produce the same effect.

By the way, what corresponds to "reptile" in KCNA Korean? Reptile is ????, but that doesn't sound like a slur.
